What we do
Three jobs. One standard.
We are specialised in e-commerce. We manage several online stores end to end, from sourcing and product selection through to the moment an order arrives. Each store runs on its own, and each one is held to the same standard.
A supply chain that watches itself
Supplier orders, tracking numbers and delivery updates move automatically. The system flags a shipment the moment it stalls, checks an address before dispatch, and pauses a product when stock or quality slips.

Behind an order
What happens after the click.
The customer sees a confirmation and a parcel. In between, five steps run without anyone typing, and a set of watchers steps in the moment one of them drifts.

Order placed
The order lands in our system within seconds of the checkout.

Supplier confirmed
The supplier receives it automatically and confirms stock and lead time.

Dispatched
The parcel leaves with a tracking number attached to the order.

In transit, watched
Every carrier scan is checked against the expected timeline.

Delivered
The order is only finished when it arrives. Then the customer hears from us once more.
The watchers
Small automated checks that run on every order, so the exceptions reach us before they reach the customer.
- Stalled shipment
- No scan for longer than the lane allows: the carrier is chased and the customer gets a message the same day.
- Unclear address
- House numbers, postcodes and provinces are checked and corrected before the parcel is dispatched, not after it comes back.
- Stock or quality slips
- The listing is paused, open orders are reviewed, and a supplier who cannot keep the standard is replaced.
What we stand for
Two things a customer actually feels.
Dependable delivery and products that hold up. Everything else we do exists to protect those two.
Delivery is a promise, not an estimate.
An order is only finished when it arrives. We track shipments from dispatch to doorstep and follow up on anything that stalls along the way.
Quality is decided before a product goes live.
We are selective about what we sell. Products are assessed before they reach a store, and suppliers who cannot keep that standard are replaced.
A straight answer beats a fast one.
Clear information, fair pricing and a direct reply when someone gets in touch. We would rather solve a problem properly than quickly.

Wirk Retail is a small, focused operation. We run our stores ourselves rather than outsourcing them, which keeps the distance between a decision and its effect on the customer as short as possible.
That structure lets us move carefully. We would rather run a handful of stores well than many of them thinly, and we build the tooling that makes that possible.
